John Pearson – Director: John is the founder and director of BCWE, Inc. now MJVI, Inc. He is also the founder, and Managing Partner for Cold River Land, LLC, an asset management company and consults for both healthy and trouble businesses. John’s background includes 28 years as an owner/entrepreneur in a family of companies in the real estate, land development, heavy equipment contracting, engineering and asset management business.
Board experience includes serving as the Chairman of the State of GA Contractor’s Licensing Board, Utility Division, Treasurer for the Forsyth County Library Board of Trustees, Board of Directors for the Northeast GA Council of the Boy Scouts of America, Board of the Council for Quality Growth and is an organizer/director of First Citizens Bank of Georgia.
John serves as the Foundations Discipleship director, Adult Bible Fellowship teacher and CFO at Vision Baptist Church of Alpharetta, GA, where he and his wife Sandy are members.
Rhonda Gibby – Vice Chair: Rhonda is the Vice President of Human Resources for Health Care, KCP and Europe at Kimberly-Clark. She has been with K-C since 2005. Prior roles at KC include: VP of KC Global Talent Management, VP of HR for the Chief Marketing Office and Chief Strategy Office, and the Director of Organization Effectiveness. Prior to K-C, Rhonda worked for Covidien (formerly Tyco Healthcare), Orian Rugs, Employment & Training Consultants and various other companies in a variety of HR and operations roles.
Rhonda did her undergraduate studies at Southern Wesleyan University where she earned a Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management. She completed her graduate studies at Clemson University and was awarded a Masters degree in Organizational Development and Masters in Business Administration. She currently serves of the Board of Directors for North Fulton Child Development Association. Rhonda and her husband Joe, live in Alpharetta, GA and are members of Vision Baptist Church.

David Lundy – Secretary: David Lundy, a resident of Braselton, Georgia, surrendered his life to Christ in July of 1987 at the age of 19. He is a member of Lakeland Baptist Church, located in Buford, Georgia, where he teaches discipleship classes and Wednesday night services. David completed biblical studies at the Resthaven Baptist Bible Institute. He makes regular mission trips to Morocco, Peru, Mexico and Burkina Faso, where he has served as a yokefellow, partner and longtime friend to Missionary Keith Shumaker in Burkina Faso.
David travels and speaks in churches and at events to raise interest and funds for the work in Burkina Faso. David has been in the construction industry for the past 24 years and in the owner and founder of D&L Contracting. David uses his business and his personal life to reach his goal of seeing the gospel spread to the world.
